What’s Included:
You will be billed to your credit/debit card of choice on a monthly basis in the amount of $149.00 However, one of our experienced technicians who will be familiar with your exact electrical system and equipment will visit your property once a quarter for maintenance.
Routine preventative maintenance can prevent costly emergency repairs, extend the usable life of each component, and keep operating costs as low as possible by keeping them operating at their most efficient.
Each quarter we will visually inspect all connections in your electrical panel for corrosion and damaged components as well as use a thermal gun to check the operating temperature of each circuit conductor.
Each panel connection will be tightened to the manufacturers specifications to ensure the prevention of heat buildup (a major contributor to premature failure and equipment damage).
We will also check the functionality of all GFCI outlets, smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors.
